Chancellor Park serves a population with a wide variety of care needs from supportive intervention to direct nursing and physical care. Chancellor Park provides professional care, support services and accommodations for:
ATTENDING PHYSICIANS Medical care is provided by three attending physicians who visit Chancellor Park and attend to resident’s medical needs, three days per week. The physicians are also available on call for emergencies 24 hours 7 days per week. PHARMACY Chancellor Park has a contract with a local pharmacist to provide services on a 24 hour basis. DIETITIAN There is a clinical dietitian on staff at Chancellor Park.
